How to Diagnose Asperger’s Syndrome in Women

Asperger's syndrome is a predominately male condition. Or is it? We have been lead to believe that this autism spectrum disorder has been dominated by boys and men. This simply is not true! More and more undiagnosed women are being identified with this condition and it has been said that it is just as prevailant in females as males. The only difference being is that females are harder to diagnose - they can fake it.
We are finding that many undiagnosed Asperger women of the age of 40 has lived a lifetime with this condition. They have not had any intervention and have, somehow, had to cope with daily living with a disabling condition. This is one of the lost generation's story.
